About this course
The course looks at artists, pivotal works of art, their historical background, and artistic movements across the centuries. Classes run on Wednesday evenings from 18:00 at the South Kensington campus from 21 October, with the last class of 2026 on the 16 December, with the course ending on 17 March 2027, plus a guided visit to the National Gallery on the 19 March 2027. This complete two-term course is not exclusive to Imperial students. It is open to all and runs every year from October to March.
